It’s been about 33hours since we woke up to catch our ride to the airport and now we’re finally sitting here in Bangkok waiting for our room to be ready.
Everything has been overwhelming so far and we’re feeling quite sleep deprived and disoriented at this point. Number one thing to remember when travelling to Bangkok?
Reserve a hotel.
Everything was completely and utterly booked when we arrived here at 1am and so we spent the evening wandering around and seeing some of the sights by moonlight but it wasn’t too bad, afterall it’s only 3pm in Vancouver right now.
All is well and internet is cheap so we will be back with a more complete update when our brains are back in working order (after sleep and shower that is).
